Amusing time wasted @ 9:26 PM
Can't believe that someone actually this question in to the prof -.-
Question: The crop is part of the foregut specialized in digestion. True or False?
Student: Is crop a body part? I thought crop = food? The sentense should be rephrased to become.. "the foregut of ruminants is specialized in digesting crops"?
Prof: The crop is part of the digestive system for some animals, e.g. cockroach, duck…….
